institutions use the QuickID Cards platform.
1. Information We Collect
a) Institution Information
- School / Institution name
- Address, contact details
- Authorized user details
b) Student & Parent Data
- Student name, class, section, admission details
- Parent/guardian contact information
- Academic records, attendance, and related data
c) Staff Data
- Teacher and staff profiles
- Attendance, roles, and work-related records
d) Technical Information
- Login activity
- Device and browser details
- IP address (for security and audit purposes)
2. Purpose of Data Collection
Data is collected strictly for:
- Providing and operating QuickID Cards services
- Academic and administrative management
- Communication (SMS, email, app notifications)
- Support, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Legal and compliance requirements
We do not use data for advertising or resale.
3. Data Ownership
- All data entered into QuickID Cards remains the exclusive property of the customer (school/institution).
- QuickID Cards does not claim ownership of customer data.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent customer data.
Data may be shared only:
- With trusted third-party service providers (SMS gateways, cloud hosting, payment gateways)
- When required by law, regulation, or government authority
All third parties are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality.

- Regular system updates and monitoring
Despite best efforts, no system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Storage & Retention
- Data is stored securely for the duration of the active subscription.
- Upon service termination, data may be retained for a limited period as per policy or legal requirements.
- Data deletion or export can be requested before termination.
7. User Responsibilities
- Accuracy and legality of data entered
- Obtaining necessary consents from students, parents, and staff
- Compliance with applicable education and data protection laws
8. Children’s Privacy
QuickID Cards is intended for use by educational institutions. Student data is collected and processed only under
the authority of the school and not directly from children.
9. Policy Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of QuickID Cards after updates constitutes
acceptance of the revised policy.
